what is the diff btw the pain in the colon and ovarian cyst? Ive had cancer in the past and col pain same?

I also have an ovarian cyst which is the size of a golf ball or more from my x-ray about a year ago and I can feel it. My oncologist sent me to the obgyn but I’ve lost my insurance, so for almost a year now, I haven’t been seen. I’m scared but with no insurance unless you go to the hospital with screaming pain they won’t see you.
I’m worried its the non-hodgkins coming back b/c I’ve had other symptoms as well. But, the cyst is so large, it could make sense that it is causing the pain. But they are located in the same place so I dont know which one it is.
